So what are the
actual differences between the lines?
The Rosemead line is a wonderful entry level line featuring heavy duty
construction, Quartersawn Oak construction, and great pricing make this a very popular line.
The San Marino line is a great line that was inspired
by Frank Lloyd Wright. Solid wood construction, dovetail
joinery, and awesome design.
The Eastlake line is a very
uniquely designed line that has a classic Craftsman design, and full
extension drawer glides.
Comparing our Nobility line with our Loomfield line is a
little tougher. Both are high end lines and offer very high
quality items at great prices, but the Loomfield line is slightly higher
end. The Nobility line offers many of the same features, but
the items are actually a little larger than the higher end Loomfield
line. The Loomfield line offers better craftsmanship and hardware,
but is slightly smaller in dimensions compared to the Nobility
line. Both lines will provide you and your children many decades
of trouble free service and will last for many generations to
come. So what do you do?
My advise to you, if you own a Stickley piece and want
it to match up as close as possible, then the Nobility line is would
probably work better for you. The finishes are darker and muddier
like the classics. For those of you who shopped at
Restoration Hardware and own some of the Michael's line, and need something to match in style, quality and
most importantly finish, then the Loomfield line has you
covered. It has a very translucent finish and the Cherry Oak finish is slightly redder than the Nobility Cherry Finish.
The Horizon line is a great line with some classic
as well as unique styling. This line features Old World charm
with modern day technology like Super smooth Full Extension Ball
Bearing Glides. Features are similar to our other higher end
lines. The most popular and authentic looking finish would be
the Montana finish which is a beautiful reddish brown. It is
not as dark as the Loomfield and Nobility lines.
The Lindtholt line is another great line. Made
here in the US, it features Solid Wood construction, English
Dovetail Joinery, Unique designs, Full Extension Ball Bearing
Glides, and is available in several woods. Quartersawn Oak is
the most popular. The Tobacco Quartersawn Oak is very similar
to the Nobility Mission Cherry and the Loomfield Cherry Oak.
The Saddle Quartersawn Oak is very similar to the Nobility Heritage
Finish.
Our Warren Hile line is for the true Arts & Crafts
Enthusiast. They uses some of the most beautiful wood in the
world and are as good, if not better, than the Original Stickley
furniture from the turn of the Century. Pegged Mortise & Tenon
Joinery, Solid Oak drawers, English Dovetail Joinery, Extreme
attention to detail, and Superior design, make this line the
premiere line in the world! This is not just furniture, but is
considered Art!
No matter what line you choose, you are getting a very
high quality product. When comparing our products to items in
stores, expect to pay 150-250% more for an item of same quality and
style. We feel we offer one of the best true values for high end
furniture on the web today. Many companies say they offer high
end, but read the product description before hitting that
"buy" button.
